Irwin Antao is a passionate Goan artist and educator whose love for Goa runs deep — deep enough to paint it onto every bag he makes. A teacher by profession, Irwin found a creative way to merge art, culture, and sustainability: hand-drawing the stories of Goa onto reusable canvas tote bags.
Each bag is drawn entirely by hand, making every piece truly unique. Irwin draws inspiration from the rich, layered life of Goa — the whitewashed Portuguese churches, swaying coconut palms, colourful festival processions, the humble fisherman at dawn, and the diverse wildlife of the Western Ghats.
Beyond art, Irwin's work is a quiet act of environmental conscience. By choosing reusable canvas over single-use plastic, each tote carries not just a piece of Goan heritage, but a commitment to a greener future — one beautiful bag at a time.
